Photo Realistic Renderings Pricing
We are excited to offer Photo Realistic Renderings as part of our design services offerings. Photo Realistic Renderings can be very time consuming based upon the size of the rendering and can be very costly. Most of the time spent on these renderings is not just set up time, but the processing of the images through the photo realistic software. With that in mind, we are excited to offer an affordable rendering option for those looking for Photo Realistic Images of typical's which are a good resolution quality. Very High Resolution take longer to process but can be ran upon request.
Pricing Structure as follows:
On projects where we have already created the floor plan and are doing the design work, a Photo Realistic Rendering of a typical will cost $41.00 for each typical ( a typical includes a 1 station cluster up to a 8 pack of stations.)
On projects where we are NOT involved in the design, a Photo Realistic Rendering of a typical will be billed at your dealerships normal hourly rate for the creation, setup, finish application and processing of the Rendering. ( a typical includes a 1 station cluster up to a 8 pack of stations.) Since we are not working on the project, we will have to create the typical before we can apply finishes and render the typical Photo Realistically.
On larger rendering projects - be it a room or a half a floor or suite with furniture - a Photo Realistic Rendering of the area will be billed at your dealerships normal hourly rate for the creation, setup, finish application and processing of the Rendering.
Please keep in mind, the larger the project, the more time we will need to create the rendering and then to process it. Often larger projects take 10-12 hours to set up. The more details in a drawing, the longer it takes for it to set up and process. At minimum we will require 3-5 days for turn around on large area projects. For smaller projects we will require 2-3 days and on typical's only we will process them within our normal turn around times for the day.
